In this episode, I will discuss why the court cards are so difficult for many people and the particular challenges the court cards bring. I will then introduce a new way of considering the court cards by drawing on the concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, developed by Richard Schwartz. In doing so, I will show you how to consider the court cards as parts of yourself that you, at times, want to embody and, at other times, want to nurture.
