Energy can neither be created or destroyed but can only be changed in form. do you remember that from your Physics class?
Do you know that even though energy can neither be created or destroyed, it can be wasted?
I believe we waste our energy when we change it into a form that does not serve us.
I've learnt that one of the key way to waste our energy is by existing in a state of resistance with life, when we resist the "as is-ness" of life.
This state of resistance is a state I feel like I understand quite well as It was a state I lived in for many years, and boy believe me when I tell you it was hard!
