Today is another reason to celebrate our homeschooling journey. Pending finalization of our 3rd Portfolio, we are officially done with third quarter. Although we have already begun 4th quarter last month.
Every quarter, we submit a portfolio showcasing the highlights of the quarter that was. Whenever I compile the highlights, I am taken back to the journey that we went through. All the copyworks, all the narrations, all the sketches, and nature studies we did. And when I compare it with the previous quarters, I can clearly see the improvements no matter how small or big.
We don't have recognition programs like which student is the top performer or the best in this subject or that in our homeschooling provider. But with the quarterly portfolio submission, we are able to see all the achievements that we had for the quarter.
I used to dread portfolio deadlines. Now, I am excited about it. I am excited to see what many and great things my daughter did during the last 2-3 months and see the lessons she learned and the growth she went through. I'd like to share our 3rd quarter journey through this video.
