Season 1, Episode 36.  Wrath and anger are hateful things, yet the sinner hugs them tightly. Sir 27:30.  If we cling to resentments, grudges, and hurt, it is very difficult to live a happy and joyful Christian life.  Just as the Father forgives us for our sins, we are called to also forgive those who hurt us.  All of us are called as Catholics to forgive.  We know it is hard to forgive past hurts, but these things can destroy people’s lives; however, every time we forgive we act like Christ and become divine like Jesus and the Father.  Let go of the anger, grudges, and hurts and offer it up to the Lord.  It is Jesus that gives us strength and sets us free.
