German brings extensive culinary experience to Glam Foods, having worked as a chef at top-rated institutions such as the 5-Star Boston and Cleveland Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Harvard Club of Boston, and Chatham Bars Inn.

German is an award-winning chef. Chef Lam graduated in 1986 from Newbury College with a degree in culinary arts and completed the prestigious American Culinary Federation Les Dames d’Escoffier apprenticeship program in 1990.

German is a living inspiration. On the show, he discusses how there are four pillars in life that we can control; Body, Mind, Spirit, and Food! His energy and passion for food and awakening the dragon within is contagious. In our time together we touch upon the beauty of life and learn of new tools to make our lives richer and more fulfilling through greater awareness of how we approach food - the small steps we can take to LIVE more.
