Episode Synopsis
On today’s episode, I find myself connecting deeply with my genius inner child. This was first introduced to me by Anna Grant with @livingwiththedivine. In this trip today, I go on a heartfelt journey of healing and rediscovery as we explore the healing magic that unfolds when we embrace and nurture our inner child.
We dive into the deep well of wisdom and joy that our inner child holds within. This little creative wonder invites us to bring more play, joy, innocence, ease, and being in the many moments of our lives, even the ones where we would have normally shunned away. It’s to even say that to shun away our own messiness, we forsake one piece of ourselves that contribute to the whole. As we learn to listen to their playful guidance and rediscover the path to authenticity and self-love, we surrender to the wisdom of our inner child, allowing them to awaken our true selves, honor our innermost desires, and illuminate the way to a more genuine way of living.
Through this, we walk hand in hand to celebrate the death and rebirth of ourselves as we gently and consciously unfold, finding beauty in the moments of resistance and transformation along the way.
Through conscious letting go and gentle self-care, we create space for healing and renewal for all the pieces of ourselves to have a seat at the table of our divine awakening, our gentle unfolding.
