The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman wants to step in and help with growing number of complaints about digital platforms, except there's one small problem, it can't. Such is the concern about rising numbers of complaints about companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Meta and Hubbl the Ombudsman is now asking for a larger remit, so her office can tackle these complaints.
