Knowledge, wisdom, and power in Christ is much different than the world's view of these things. Paul’s prayer to the church of Colossae is a reminder of who God is and what he wants for his church (to be filled with the knowledge of God so we can live lives worthy of the gospel we have received) which is all centered around Christ and his redemptive work.
