Listen "4.19 – Adala Bolton – Zadi Training"
Episode Synopsis
Our guest today on the podcast is Adala Bolto, founder of Zadi Fitness. Adala has a strong passion and dedication to fitness lifestyle and fashion with more than 14 years in the fitness industry. She has excelled in her career as a personal trainer and popular group fitness instructor , specialising in Les Mills programs such as Body attack , Body pump, as well as studio cycle boxing classes and more. Adala also developed tailored programs for 1:1 and group training sessions for female clients.
Leveraging her industry experience as well as her very strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills, Adala joined Australia’s leading female fitness brand, Fernwood, as a club manager. In 2014, she then went on to become the franchisee of Fernwood Ryde in Sydney.
Adala saw a gap in the Australian market for a bespoke fitness offering program targeting women who want a more specialised approach and a unique experience whilst training with likeminded strong women. In July 2017, equipped with a clear vision for a scalable franchise model and a strong business plan, Adala pitched her idea to investors to launch ZADI. Shortly after launching her first two ZADI studios in Sydney, ZADI has received undoubtable reviews, press attention and a strong reputation for a unique member experience and a strong company ethos.
Adala’s vision for the ZADI is rapid growth with many franchised studios locally and internationally whilst continuing to build authentic and innovative systems, company culture and community of extraordinary women.
