Zoë Ng is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Raintree. Raintree is an award-winning creative workspace in Phnom Penh, co-founded by our guest Zoë NG and Cambodian architect Hok Kang. With its unique community-focused and design-conscious approach, they’ve become a hub for creatives, entrepreneurs, technologists, young people, and professionals to come together through events, programs, and independent research projects. 
Zoë is from Malaysia and spent her early professional career in the UK before moving to Cambodia over 10 years ago. She began her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Google, covering multiple sectors including Media, Telecomms, and Education. She serves on multiple startup and non-profits advisory boards including Teach For Cambodia and SADIF (Smart Axiata Digital Innovation Fund) and is passionate about entrepreneurship, employability, and the future of work.
