Michele is a Registered Nurse turned leadership development coach and consultant to teaches leaders how to prioritize human connections more than bottom lines and shift from feeling burned out and frustrated to aligned and authentic with ease so they can enjoy their work again and become the leader that everyone needs. She has over 16 years of senior leadership experience and developed the PERSON Centred Leadership Approach after personally experiencing the trauma inflicted on her by workplace dysfunction, ineffective communication, and the feeling that things would never get better. 

Michele believes that we have made leadership more complicated than it needs to be. It is an exchange of energy between two people and you have everything you need to be a powerful leader inside you.
