We all have different levels of anxiety, some of which can be much harder to handle than others. Today we are discussing methods to overcome these anxiety attacks. Anxiety is experienced differently and uniquely by each individual. One thing that is constant though is that the idea of pushing your anxiety aside is not a good solution. It is important to work through your anxiety. Proven methods of working through your anxious thoughts include physical activity, meditation, breaks from screen time and social media. These are just a few of the methods we are covering in today’s show.
