Today we are bringing Kathy Walden, a Jay Shetty Certified Coach whose concentration is on spiritual coaching.  As a spiritual coach she helps people to connect to who they truly are and remove old beliefs that are holding them back from living the life they want to live. She is also the mother of 26 year old twin boys that she raised as a single mother when they were 12 years old and her goal was to raise young men that she would have a healthy relationship with through their teenage years as well as adults and she has accomplished that.
