After 15 years in the food industry, Megan O'Connor and her partner Graham decided to settle in Arnprior, Ontario and open their own shop. They are putting all their energy into Mighty Fine Bakehouse, living and baking in the same building. While they opened mere weeks before Covid hit, it was enough time to be embraced by their new community.
