There is a real synergy between Kylie and myself in our approach to business as we both place a real focus on educating and empowering other female business owners. In addition to making interior spaces look and feel amazing, Kylie runs a mentorship program to support other women in the industry to build their own businesses. In this episode, Kylie shares about the work she does with her mentees and how a large portion of the time is focused on mindset. We talk about how fear is the number one thing that holds women back, and the wonderful support that a group such as hers offers to the women involved. Kylie and I talk about our experience collaborating together to tailor her a beautiful set of legal documents, and how she is now teaching her mentees the importance of doing the same.
