Episode Synopsis

Jacob's about to meet Esau who's headed in his direction with a ginormous group of men. He has his whole family and livestock move to the other side of the river. Yes, he prayed to God to save him from what was coming. BUT what was the point? Jacob forged ahead anyway and did what he thought was best. Pastor Dan proposed today that it could've been a lack of faith. He was trying to alleviate Esau's anger and his own fear. Jacob didn't believe that God would do what he asked. He was, as some say, wishy-washy.
