Daryl Le Cornu is a history and legal studies educator in secondary and tertiary settings. He is a board member of ICAN. ICAN is a coalition of organisations inmate than 100 countries promoting implementation of the United Nations Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
He actively campaigns for Australia to sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. Australia and Singapore are the only countries in the Asia Pacific who have not signed. A powerful statement form Daryl's speech is that a nuclear war can never be won and should never be fought.
