The Antichrist can't rise up whenever he wants to. Something or someone restrains the Man of Lawlessness, until that Restrainer is taken out of the way. This was all basic stuff to the Thessalonians. Paul says, "You know this," "You remember me telling you about this." And we're furiously taking notes: "Restrainer, question mark." So let's try to learn what they knew.
