One of the mantras or values or virtues that I often share here is the capacity to open our minds and our hearts to be better positioned to learn and grow and evolve into the best version of ourselves.  This practice can be a tremendous help in getting in the habit of having a better outlook on how we can handle life’s challenges.  Today we will hear from Pema Chodron and how we can learn how to be more open to what life serves us and how we can approach life with less propensity to react negatively so quickly.  Be present with an open mind and be mindful with an open heart.  Right Here!
