Hello, and welcome to my podcast, rhythm with the Tissum. I will be going through my journey and highlighting different topics each week. Some topics will have a trigger warning as I have had difficult times and would like to share my stories just in case anyone will benefit from them. I don't want to make my episodes too depressing, as we need more light than darkness, but I also don't want to sugarcoat things. Even though there have been hard times in my journey, there have also been a lot of good things in my journey. I just want to raise awareness and show others they aren't alone and others have been in similar situations, as no situation is the same. we all handle things in different ways as well so you don't always need to take any advice i give and everyone has different opinions so i wont be offended if there are areas you disagree with. Don't feel like you are ever alone, as there is a community out there that would accept you for who you are and can build healthy friends.
