You often find a bredth of live bands, deeply technical DJs, MPC maestros and studio composers in the flowing mix of selections throughout each broadcast.Then the lyrical side puts the rhyme in Rhymestate. Lyrics are often flowing and poetic, with a mindful approach to the sounds of the language and how it relates to the production behind it. The cadences, rhyme schemes, structures and rhythms all become part of the greater composition, creating a final presentation that demonstrate the deep musicality of hip-hop.
