God’s undying love finds a way to save mankind from sin. God sentenced humankind with the flood but spared Noah and his family to give the world a second chance of being restored to its original beauty.There are four lessons we can learn from God’s gracious actions toward Noah.1. Be COMFORTED. Like Noah, God REMEMBERS us.“But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded.”—Genesis 8:12. Be PATIENT. Like Noah, God DELIVERS us.“Then God said to Noah, ‘Come out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and their wives.’”—Genesis 8:15-163. Be RESPONSIBLE. Like Noah, God BLESSES us.“Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.’”—Genesis 9:14. Be CONFIDENT. Like Noah, God PROMISES us.“Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him: ‘I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you and with every living creature with you – ’”—Genesis 9:8-10a
