Ingredients for 2 portions: 6 Sausages (choose a good high meat content, the best sausage that you can afford) 1 Carrot, 1cm dice 1 Fennel Bulb, half thinly sliced, half diced. 1 Onion, finely diced 1 Clove of Garlic — crushed/grated/finely skiced 1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes (400g) 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil Salt & Ground Black Pepper to your taste.
