Your Christian life is a function of your spiritual sight—how you see yourself in Christ (your understanding of your spiritual identity). You cannot live, operate, or function well as a new creation in Christ if you still see yourself as an old creation in Adam. You cannot live a blessed life in Christ if you continue to see yourself as one still under a curse. You cannot live like a saint if you still see yourself as a poor, wretched sinner.
