It's when we live in that constant state of anxiety about the "What if's?" and "Maybe's" that can really impact the way we live and the kind of experiences we have. In this week's episode, I am talking about how important it is for us to move away from going over the pain of our past or expending all this unnecessary energy for a future that hasn't even happened yet. Ever notice when you are in a joyful moment, that all those worries just fade away? Of have you conditioned yourself so well, that you struggle to be in the Here and Now? I want to encourage you that no matter where you are right now, no matter the anxiety, grief, pain or worry that you may be in, there is a way forward. It starts by being present. It starts by recognising  the stories you are telling yourself, and shifting the narrative. We devote so much of our energy and precious time in keeping ourselves wrapped up in our hurts that we don't realise just how much of our lives we are missing. All we have is today, this present moment. I encourage you not to miss it.
