Hi this is Steve from Restless The Podcast, it's hard to believe but Christmas is upon us. Are you ready? For what exactly? Here at Restless we are always thinking about what really matters in life…and asking you to do the same. We do that through the stories of others, to their trouble past struggles and transformation through faith and Hope. Special series such as Resolute, that took you to Jerusalem and placed as best we could at the events as they happened of the crucification and resurrection of Jesus and the Press On series a short segment that connects real life events, people, and the scripture with thinking about what really matters. This month we are pleased to bring you a short series done in the spirit of the Press On series but this time focused on Christmas. Truth historically we don’t know nearly as much about the events surrounding and including the birth of Christ as we do Easter. Such as what time of the year it actually occurred. What we do know is that it changed the trajectory of the universe and history.We plan on bringing you four segments that take you off the beaten path of the regular Christmas time stories. These short stories such as Journey from Afar, In the Field: Why us, I Have Waited So Long and a Devine Encounter. They are designed to do what we always try and do: In a personal and touching manner ask you to consider what really matters.
