April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. I hesitated to create content around this topic because it triggers me, but I literally could not sleep one night and decided to record this because it was on my mind. In this episode I share 5 ways anyone can support sexual assault survivors, especially if the survivor is someone close to you. These are lessons I have learned by supporting my loved ones who are survivors of sexual assault.
