During episode fifteen, I had the privilege of interviewing Jennifer Brown,  award-winning Entrepreneur, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, Speaker,  and Author about values, resiliency, and leadership. She defines her values as compassion and curiosity, fairness, justice, love not fear, and equity. I appreciated her coming out story... she said it "awakened a new value," "it awakened her heart".
