In this episode, Manuel Schoenfeld joins Residential Tech Today Executive Editor Jeremy Glowacki from Brooklyn, NY, where he is founder and CEO of PowerX. Launched in 2020, PowerX is an environmental tech start up with the goal of providing homeowners with knowledge and control of their utility usage. PowerX sensors collect data about a home’s electricity, heat, and water use at a rate of more than 1 million times per second. Machine learning then uses this data to determine which devices are the most wasteful and provides actionable solutions to make a home more efficient.
