This year we will be going into negotiations for a new Collective Agreement. Join Dr. Wendy Yao (R1, Anesthesiology) as she interviews RDBC Executive Director, Mr. Harry Gray, on the basics of negotiations in BC, RDBC’s approach to negotiations, and expectations.
A second episode covering an introduction to negotiations will be published next week.
RDBC will be communicating regularly in the next several weeks as all parties come to the table for this round of negotiations.
