Nearly every Christian school laments that it doesn't have an intentional program to both develop its teachers to teach "Christianly" and to ensure that all of its faculty is on the page when it comes to articulating the schools mission and core distinctives.

Host Noah Brink offers a program that he helped to design at Evangelical Christian School in Memphis to provide a practical example of the sorts of things Christian schools should (and can) be doing to make the necessary progress in this area.
