Episode Synopsis
We have the choice to be grateful. The circumstances and stress in our lives can quickly leave us feeling overwhelmed and worried and frustrated. Linda and Rachel tell of their journey of how thankfulness and gratitude have become a daily habit in their lives.
We recognize the difference between cultivating a mindset shift verses having an hormonal imbalance, past pain or trauma that causes anxiety or depression. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms we encourage you to seek out support through your Dr. and or Counselor.
So many things our lives can tempt us take the focus off of what we don't have instead of what we actually do have. Shifting this mindset is essential to living from a place of joy and peace.
Faith over fear. Moving from fear, worry and frustrated to grateful, peaceful and joyful.
"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:8-9
What does gratefulness look like to you? How does it show up in your daily life? How might choosing to think on the "these things" change how you experience life's hard circumstances.
