Our friend Jorgie who recorded our Acknowledgement to Country as a proud Gubbi Gubbi man joins us to  talk about his Mother Wendy. She passed away in 2011 after a somewhat secret battle with Ovarian Cancer. Jorgie remembers her as a tough but loving woman with at strong presence and a passion for their indigenous history and culture.
