In this episode, I share some of the information, downloads, and messages that I received during my first Ayahuasca/Medicine circle. I talk about some of the misconceptions & fears associated with the plant medicine that I had to overcome, some of the ceremony details, as well as the intentions I set for my journey & the reasons why it's important to have an intention going in. I had an incredibly positive experience, so I do my best in this episode to take the information that I gained from a 5D experience, back to a 2D reality - and words, I've found, can be quite limiting.
