It's hard to hear God's whisper in the stampede that is our life. We can't feel his nudges if we fill every spare moment with busyness or mindless scrolling. Have you ever gotten off your phone and thought, "Man, that was so refreshing"? NO! you just lost all that time and are more anxious than before.Listening requires space, stillness, trust - STOP THE NOISE! Be still. Pray,"God, I know you're speaking, give me ears to hear" and then shut up, and listen. That's when we see the patterns, that's when we hear the wisdom.
