Dr. Linville has been a leader nationally and internationally helping people understand the role of the church and discipleship in sports, recreation,  and fitness. He is the founding Executive Director of Church Sports and Recreation Ministries and now serves as its resource director. Greg is the author of Christmanship, A theology of Competition and Sport, and currently has a series released through the Agon Institute of Sport Ministry titled, Sports Outreach Fundamentals, Putting the Church Back in the Game , Ecclesiology of Sports Outreach, and A Missiology for the Sports Outreach Community. Greg has been a friend and mentor to local church recreation ministers, high school and college athletes, and professional athletes.
