In the intensity of the year that has been 2022, I am SO PROUD of us! Seriously, individually and as a community, this has been an amazing year to be and stay committed to the regenerative movement, and I hope everyone is getting a chance to rest and mimic the cycles of nature as we are fully wrapped in the season of winter. 
We also cover some of the literal psychic prophesies (?!) of this huge upwelling in the earth care movement that we're seeing, which have been coming into my field quite strongly lately. 
We wrap up with a gentle reminder of the next Regenerative Rituals course launching on February 2 (there are two spots left as of the publishing of this episode; click below to snag yours!) and journal prompts to integrate all the shifts from this year, celebrate what we've accomplished, and set goals and intentions for the next 6 months.
