To see the heart of the apostle, in intimate, passionate prayer and in this behind the scenes look into Paul’s heart there are actually two portions to this prayer.

The first part, verses 3-8, that we will look at today, is simply His prayer of thanksgiving to the Lord, for the Philippians.
