On Sunday, September 30 at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Charleston, SC, our senior pastor continued in the Beatitudes preaching from Matthew 5:1-9. The Lord has told us and equipped us to make our world a different kind of place by making peace and not merely keeping it. He challenged us to examine our lives asking, if we're not peacemakers, can we then be sons and daughters of God? We're called to proactively proclaim Christ in conflict--in effect making peace because Christ is the only cure for conflict.
