With 2024 in the rear view mirror it is time to reflect on the major events of the year. I'll revisit my resolutions I made for 2024 and my predictions to see how close I came. It is also time for the preliminary game of the year awards, where I recognize several categories from platform specific best-of, to categories like Best VR game and most under-rated game you shouldn't miss! The only thing missing is the overall best game of the year for 2024, as that one needs a little more Tim in the oven (next week)! This is simply part 1 of my game of the year awards for 2024.
