Friday 4 August is National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day, and we’re sharing three poems commissioned for the Poetry in First Languages NAIDOC Learning Resource. ‘Ngapigan (Grandmother)’, by Aunty Anjilkurri Rhonda Radley, written and read in Gathang with interpretations by Aunty Rhonda. 'Ningimpi Nungampi Paywuta Manta', by Theresa Sainty, written and read in palawa kani with interpretations by Theresa Sainty. 'Our Responsibility', by Aunty Kerry Bulloojeeno Archibald Moran, intertwined with Anaiwan words Aunty Kerry has translated.
