One of the most remarkable things about the early church was its commitment to care for those in prison. At the time, prisoners were some of the most neglected members of society, but Christian communities made it their ministry to visit and care for them.
Witness the writer to the Hebrews in chapter 13:
"Remember those in prison, as though you were in prison with them, and the mistreated, as though you yourselves were suffering bodily."
In this message, Glen, the CEO of Prison Fellowship Australia, challenges us to take up again that ancient Christian ministry, teaching from Matt 25:31-46.
