We have had a number of Australian participants in our 6-month Recruiters Mastermind and this week my guest is Terry Burns, founder of Kloud Partners, in Melbourne. Terry is a British Recruiter who started his career in recruitment in Australia and set up on his own firm during the pandemic.
Terry is a well-known and respected Recruiter within IT Sales and it's amazing to see how someone much more focused on admin, is working as an independent Recruiter and building something much bigger moving forwards.
We talked about his journey, where he wants to be in the future, how he's building his team and delegating what he can to let him do what he's good at - being the rain-maker.
