Listen "I Don't Know What Happened"
Episode Synopsis
We make excuses so easily for why we don't need to prioritize our health on any given day. We put conditions on our healthy habits, like going to the gym, eating healthy, work/life balance, etc. These micro-reactions that we have slowly compile into our circumstances we suddenly find ourselves in where we say. From our perspective everything was fine, until it all of a sudden wasn't. "I don't know what happened," is something we utter in disbelief as we try to pick up the pieces and make sense of it all.
Its when everything seems fine that we need constant self-evaluation and self-love. Are we prioritizing our health in our daily micro-reactions? These are what orient the circumstances for our future selves.
