We had the amazing opportunity to interview Keanu Trujillo, we discuss the misconceptions of the enneagram. The enneagram can be incredibly effective in helping leaders find out how their team members work and is a useful tool to use in leadership both personally and professionally. Keanu is a coach and entrepreneur who specializes in scaling businesses through personnel and systems, in that order. He believes when you accelerate relationships you accelerate results. His coaching revolves around that belief using the Enneagram and his own professional experience to support you in reaching your goals. Keanu has a background in law enforcement, military, ministry, and financial services.
