In this week’s episode, I am sitting down with Zach Skow, the founder of the Pawsitive Change Program.  Pawsitive Change is a non-profit that runs in the California prison system, and brings rescue dogs into the prison population.  Zach and other trainers help inmates become dog trainers themselves.
