THE TERRIBLE EARTHQUAKE IN MY REGION
Several years ago there was an earthquake in my regions. Early morning i had just got into bed. Suddenly, i felt the tremor. The bed started to tremble. The electric light in my bedroom was swaying.
Then i rushed out into the garden. I called my husband to go out of our house. He brought our baby. For the 3 or 4 minutes, i heard a terrible noise ao walls falling down and people screaming and i saw clouds of dust in the air. Then the trembling stopped.
There were about 50 people killed. Most are injured. The damage to property was considerable and about three hundred houses would have to be completely rebuilt.
