Between the ages of 13 & 20, Jess Hern had a Dad with cancer, but at drama school she was told to leave home family problems at home, and not bring them to school!
Now she feels like she understands people and their problems far more. Jess has been a valuable coach at Fitology Hub ..... and today she takes a well earned break!
