Ashley Mariani joins me in this episode to chat about intimacy, sex, and connection. Ashley is a clinical social worker specializing in the intersection of perinatal mental health, sex and intimacy. She is also a birth rights advocate and mother of three. Ashley did her undergraduate degree in sexuality and her masters in social work. She completed the PSI advanced clinical training in maternal mental health and continues to implement an evidence based approach. Ashley uses components of polyvagal theory, and, neurobiology to help couples transform their relationships with love, sex and intimacy after baby.
