Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Season 5 episode 19 of Rebinge Deep Space Nine: Ties of Blood and Water. Lawrence Pressman returns as Tekeny Ghemor a Cardassian father figure to Kira. We also have an unpleasant visit from Gul Dukat (Marc Alaimo) and Weyoun #3 (Jeffrey Combs).

When Tekeny Ghemor returns to the station, Kira is all excited and ready to treat him like a head of state, but he arrives with some bad news. As Kira tries to help Tekeny complete a Cardassian ritual, she flashes back to some difficult moments with her own Bajoran father and is forced to face some regrets.
